Where is your water sourced from?
All water is sourced from approved Council fill points, ensuring your water is safe, clean and tested to meet the required standards.
Can the truck get up my driveway?
Our water trucks are approximately 3.5m high, 3m wide and 10m long and cannot make sharp turns.
Before delivery, please ensure:

Overhanging trees and branches are trimmed back

There is clear, unobstructed access to your tank

The driveway/access is wide enough for our truck

There is enough room for the truck to safely enter and exit

Can you contact me when my water is coming?
During quieter periods, this usually isn’t a problem. However, during peak season, we may be managing multiple trucks and unexpected circumstances. While we always do our best to accommodate your requested delivery time, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery times during busy periods.
Can I get a half load for half the price?
The water itself makes up only a small portion of the overall delivery cost. The majority of the price covers the truck’s running costs, driver’s time, fuel and other consumables involved in making the delivery.
As a partial load still requires the same trip, truck and driver time, the delivery cost remains the same whether you order 10,000L or a full truckload.
Where possible, we recommend making the most of the available capacity to get the best value from your delivery.

Undelivered load of water
The safety of our drivers is our priority. If, for any reason, our driver feels that a delivery cannot be completed safely — for example, due to a menacing or unsecured dog, unsafe access, unsuitable ground conditions or other hazards — they may choose not to proceed with the delivery.
We will contact you if the delivery cannot be safely completed. Additional charges may apply if a return delivery is required.
Please ensure your property is safe and accessible for our drivers and trucks before delivery.
